Please print, complete and return this rare bird report form to compiler   as needed for any "C" list birds   (or birds not on any  list).   Record photos   are encouraged.   Without   good documentation,  a rare bird may not be accepted by Birds Canada for the Count.

Captains may  use these forms (if you like to work on paper) to  record  the numbers  that come in from your  counters. Add them up to arrive at the numbers required to fill out forms 1, 2 and 3.

Those who prefer electronic spread sheets  may create their own excel files  to  enter counters' data and arrive at the numbers required  to fill out  forms 1, 2 and 3.

Optional observation forms
Some  captains  email these forms, or print them to give  to their bush beaters  if they hold a morning meeting,  to assist   participants with recording their observations.
